Massachusetts Democrats Celebrate Vargas Special Election Win 

BOSTON – Massachusetts Democratic Party Chair Gus Bickford released the following statement in response to the election of Andy Vargas as the next State Representative for the Third Essex district:

“In electing Andy Vargas, the people of Haverhill chose a leader who has proven his commitment to standing up for working families and addressing the issues most important to the City’s residents.
