On January 20th, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be sworn in as the President and Vice President of the United States.

What to Expect

The Inauguration ceremonies will likely begin between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM on January 20th. The ceremony will feature Fr. Leo O’Donovan, Andrea Hall, Lady Gaga, Amanda Gorman, Jennifer Lopez, Garth Brooks, and Rev. Dr. Silvester Beaman. In addition to the swearing-in ceremonies, events will include the traditional Pass in Review, Presidential Escort, and a virtual parade across America.

At 8:30 PM, join President-elect Biden and Vice President-elect Harris for “Celebrating America,” a primetime special in place of the traditional ball. The 90 minute program will include remarks from the then-President and Vice President, as well as remarks and performances from Ant Clemons, Jon Bon Jovi, Demi Lovato, and Justin Timberlake among others. The primetime special will be aired on ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and MSNBC, and streamed live on the PIC’s YoutubeFacebookTwitter, and Twitch.
