Party Building Update:

Each of the 40 State Senate Districts elect one male and one female caucus member. Candidates interested in serving as their Senate District’s male or female caucus member must submit a letter of intent to Matt Fenlon at mfenlon@massdems.org byJanuary 22nd. If more than one male or female from the same Senate District submits a letter of intent, there will be a Senate District conference on March 26th to elect the caucus member.

At-large seats for the State Committee will be elected by the ballot, caucus, ex-officio and 20-year members at the April 2 reorganization meeting. Candidates for at-large seats who send a letter of intent to Matt Fenlon at mfenlon@massdems.org by March 12 will have their names sent to the ballot, caucus, ex-officio and 20-year members prior to the April 2 reorganization meeting. Candidates for at-large seats who send a letter of intent to Matt Fenlon at mfenlon@massdems.org by March 19 will appear on the ballot at the April 2 reorganization meeting.
