Watch Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s latest takedown of Donald Trump here, as she says, “And while nurses, teachers, and dockworkers pay their fair share to support our military personnel who show courage and sacrifice for us every single day, Trump says he’s more than happy to dodge taxes. Donald Trump has made it perfectly clear that he cares about exactly one person – Donald Trump. And that kind of man can NEVER be the President of the United States.”

Holding Gov. Baker Accountable
Much has been made about Gov. Baker’s ethically questionable fundraising practices, including soliciting over $40,000 from individuals and his Party promising access to Baker in exchange for contributions. Common Cause, a good government organization, is hoping to prevent Baker from further exploiting campaign finance laws. Click here for an explanation of the bill and here to read aBerkshire Eagle editorial calling on Baker’s ploys to end.
Read here about Gov. Baker seeking political payback by dismissing 78% of the state’s Marine Fisheries Advisory Commission after the Commission refused to give a job to a handpicked Baker ally. Baker’s latest maneuver is led the outgoing chairman to warn of “dire consequences on the commission’s ability to objectively perform its duties.”
Gov. Baker is left snake-bitten after his failed attempt to start a rattlesnake island. As the Springfield Republican editorialized here, “Baker is missing the point of the debate over whether to locate a colony of venomous rattlesnakes on a Quabbin Reservoir Island.”
