DISPATCH: The General Election Starts Now, Events, & More!
Dear Democrats,
Now that we have our presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee, Vice President Joe Biden, it’s time to really get to work. The MassDems are ready to ramp up our coordinated campaign, and elect Democrats from the State House to the White House this November.
It’s clear, Joe Biden is Donald Trump’s worst nightmare–we’ve known that for a while. For the past half a century, Joe has worked to lift up the very people Trump has made it his mission to knock down–working and middle class families. The American people know that Joe Biden and Democrats across the country work for them. It’s Democrats who’ll get things done, and do the necessary work to save our nation from this moral crisis.
Every single Democratic candidate brought something new and valuable to this discussion. As a result, we saw unprecedented turnout from coast to coast, including here in Massachusetts. Now, we’re throwing that same energy behind our presumptive nominee, because when more people get involved, Democrats win. We’re sending Massachusetts Democrats from the bright blue Bay State to near-by purple states, and supporting Dems in down ballot races here at home. We’re creating a list of Democrats ready to get involved in swing states, add your name here. This is the most important election of our lifetimes, and it’s just getting started.
Don’t forget to send your virtual events to events@massdems.org and have a great weekend!
All the best,
Allison Mitchell
MassDems Communications Manager
