The President's decision to force out Jeff Sessions and replace him with Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker clearly imperils the Mueller investigation. Baker owes it to the people of Massachusetts to speak out forcefully against any move that threatens the investigation.

The Democratic Party in Massachusetts showcased its diversity and depth. Voters made their choice clear - we need progressive leaders who are going to help move our state forward and stand up for the rights of women, minorities, the LGBTQ community, immigrants, and working families.

Our Governor loves to tout just how moderate he is. But, once again, his actions completely contradict his campaign talking points. We deserve a Governor who puts residents ahead of his Party’s agenda to strip our civil and constitutional rights.
